Terms of Service
Effective date: June 2026
These terms govern your use of Simfind. By creating an account or purchasing an eSIM through us, you agree to be bound by them.
Service description
Simfind is a marketplace that aggregates eSIM data plans from third-party providers and resells them to travellers. When you purchase a plan through Simfind, the underlying connectivity is delivered by the upstream provider; Simfind is responsible for the checkout and dashboard experience.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must provide an accurate email address so that we can deliver your eSIM and order receipts.
- You must confirm that your device supports eSIM before purchasing. Activation requirements are listed on each plan page.
- You may not use Simfind to violate any law or to resell eSIMs without our written consent.
Payment terms
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown on the marketplace are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is captured at the time of purchase. Simfind does not store full card details.
Refund policy
eSIMs are digital goods that begin their validity period the moment they are installed and connected to a network. Once an eSIM has been activated, it is non-refundable. If you have purchased an eSIM but not yet activated it and you believe you bought it in error, contact us within 14 days at tony@simfind.global and we will review the request.
Limitation of liability
Simfind provides the marketplace on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simfind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of connectivity at the destination, roaming charges incurred on other SIMs, or lost travel itineraries. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Simfind purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
