Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 2026
This policy explains what personal data Simfind (“we”, “our”) collects when you use our marketplace, how we use it, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data we collect
- Account data — your name and email address when you create a Simfind account.
- Purchase history — the eSIM plans you buy, including destination, data allowance, price, and activation status.
- Technical data — minimal request logs (timestamp, IP, user agent) for security and debugging.
We do not collect payment card details directly. Card data is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and is never stored on Simfind servers.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account.
- To deliver the eSIM you purchased (generating and storing the activation QR code in your dashboard).
- To support you — for example replying to a contact form submission or resolving an order issue.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Data storage
Your account and purchase data is stored on our backend platform (Xano), hosted in the United Kingdom. Backups are retained for up to 30 days. Application logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion — ask us to erase your account and associated personal data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email tony@simfind.global. We will respond within 30 days.
